Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to everyone who contacts Blueprint Immigration, books a consultation, or engages us to work on an application. Please read them before you instruct us.

1. Who we are
Blueprint Immigration provides immigration support services from Payal Business Centre, Surrey, BC. You can reach us on +1 (236) 234-7125 or at Bpiimmi@gmail.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Blueprint Immigration; "you" means the person or family instructing us.
2. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website and any service you ask us to carry out. By using the site, submitting an enquiry, or engaging us, you accept them. Where we issue a separate written engagement agreement for a specific matter, that agreement takes precedence over anything written here that conflicts with it.
3. Information on this website is general
Everything published on this site — guides, articles, eligibility explanations and calculators — is general information about Canadian immigration. It is not advice about your situation, and it is not legal advice. Immigration rules change, and a programme that fits one applicant may not fit another with similar circumstances. Do not make a decision based solely on a page of this website.
Any eligibility score or estimate produced by a tool on this site is indicative only. It is calculated from what you enter, and it does not bind Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any provincial programme.
4. Representation is regulated in Canada
Paid immigration advice and representation in Canada may only be provided by members in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, by lawyers and paralegals in good standing with a Canadian provincial or territorial law society, or by notaries of the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
Where a matter requires a regulated representative, we will tell you so and work with an authorised representative, or refer you to one, rather than acting outside what is permitted. If you are unsure whether someone may lawfully represent you, you can check the public register maintained by the regulator before you pay anyone.
5. We cannot guarantee an outcome
No one can. Decisions on visas, permits, nominations, appeals and claims rest entirely with IRCC, the relevant provincial authority, a visa office or a tribunal. We do not guarantee that an application will be approved, that it will be decided within any particular time, that you will receive an invitation to apply, or that a job offer, nomination or score will follow.
What we do commit to is preparing your file carefully, telling you honestly how we read your prospects, and not taking on work we do not believe is worth your money. If anyone guarantees you a visa in exchange for a fee, treat that as a warning sign.
6. Fees, taxes and third-party costs
Our professional fees are quoted to you in writing before any chargeable work begins. The quote states what the fee covers, what it does not, and what portion is payable up front. We do not start chargeable work until you have accepted the quote.
Government and third-party charges are separate from our fees and are payable by you. These typically include IRCC and provincial application fees, biometrics, medical examinations, police certificates, language tests, educational credential assessments, translation and courier costs. We do not mark these up; where we pay one on your behalf, we recover it at cost.
Applicable taxes are added where required by law. Fees are quoted in Canadian dollars unless the quote says otherwise, and any currency conversion or bank charge is yours.
7. Refunds and cancellation
You may stop instructing us at any time, in writing. If you do, you remain liable for work already carried out up to that point, and for third-party costs already incurred on your behalf. Any balance held and not yet earned is returned to you.
Government and third-party fees are not refundable by us once paid to the body concerned, because we no longer hold that money. A refusal, a withdrawal, or a change in your own circumstances does not by itself entitle you to a refund of professional fees for work already completed.
Where we have quoted a fixed fee for a defined piece of work, the quote sets out the refund position for that matter. If anything in that quote is unclear, ask us before you pay.
8. Your responsibilities
The quality of an application depends heavily on what you give us. By instructing us you agree to:
- Give complete, accurate and truthful information and documents
- Tell us promptly if your circumstances change — job, address, marital status, family size, travel or health
- Disclose any previous refusal, removal, overstay, criminal matter or misrepresentation finding, anywhere in the world
- Meet the deadlines we give you, which are usually set by the authority rather than by us
- Keep your own copies of everything submitted on your behalf
Withholding or misstating information can lead to refusal, and in serious cases to a finding of misrepresentation with a multi-year bar on future applications. We are not responsible for the consequences of information you did not give us, or gave us incorrectly. If we discover that information provided to us is false, we may stop acting for you immediately.
9. Communication
We reply to enquiries within one business day. We may contact you by phone, email, WhatsApp or SMS using the details you provide, about your enquiry or your matter. Please keep your contact details current — a missed request from an authority can end an application, and messages we send to an old address are treated as delivered.
10. Privacy
We collect personal information only to answer your enquiry and to carry out the work you ask us to do, and we handle it in line with Canadian privacy law. We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is necessary to progress your matter — for example with IRCC or a provincial authority — or where the law requires it. You may ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, by writing to Bpiimmi@gmail.com.
11. This website
The text, design, images and tools on this site belong to Blueprint Immigration and may not be copied or republished without permission. We may link to external sites, including official government pages; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or uninterrupted.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses caused by information you gave us that was incomplete or inaccurate, by delays or decisions of IRCC, a provincial authority, a visa office or a tribunal, by changes in law or policy after we advised you, or by your failure to meet a deadline we told you about. Our total liability in connection with a matter does not exceed the professional fees you paid us for that matter.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or the law change. The version published here on the day you instruct us is the version that applies to that engagement. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last reviewed.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
15. Questions
If anything here is unclear, ask before you instruct us. Call +1 (236) 234-7125, email Bpiimmi@gmail.com, or visit us at Payal Business Centre, Surrey, BC.
